Chocolate Truffles
Luscious white/milk/dark chocolate truffles with nuts or flavor combination of your choice. Sometimes I roll them and sometimes I mold them. I like my chocolate with a hint of mint. Tell me how you like yours.

Gourmet Cakes
Pick from a Layered Chocolate Mousse cake or decadent raspberry-chocolate ganache cake or even an exotic fruit based cake. These cakes can be made totally eggless too! I make my cakes with a delicious sponge as a base and then fill the cakes with mousse, bavarian cream, chocolate ganache, luscious buttercream, fruits and nuts even.

Cookies
I make delicious short bread cookies (the rose scented ones are to die for). They are buttery, flavorful and melt in your mouth. And these are eggless. (I know!). Another French speciality is the Macaroon. They are wonderful, little almond cookie sandwiches filled with chocolate ganache, fruit jam or pastry cream. These cookies are great on platters for parties and make wonderful treats in goodie bags (if needed, they can be pre-bagged and delivered).

Pate a Choux
Just a fancy word for cream puffs. These light as air delicasies are filled with rich pastry cream/filling in a flavor you choose. Have them as little round puffs or as eclairs.

Others
I also make breads, cheesecakes, sweet/savory turnovers, croissants, tarts, biscuits, meringue cookies and whatever else I fancy. Or whatever you fancy.
